The Rocky Cape Lions Club have had a busy 2023 and are looking forward to an equally hectic 2024.
The Smithton Big Club’s 2022 major raffle saw proceeds go towards the purchasing of the Rocky Cape Lions very own vision screening camera, as part of the Lions Eye Health Program (LEHP).
Adding to the club’s impressive accolade was an individual one which saw their only charter member, Anne Fagg, presented with the PDG Roley McAtee Vision Award for her outstanding leadership and service throughout the LEHP program and Victoria Cochrane recently elected as the incoming District Governor commencing in July 2024, after spending the previous two years as 2nd District Governor, and 1st District Governor.
