What initially began as an interest of self-education many years prior for the Circular Head born and bred local, Mr Townsend’s knowledge grew naturally, creating a vision, and passion to help others, leading to the opening of VIE’s newest branch in the far corner of the north west coast a no brainer.

Specialising in finance and insurance, including home and car loans, personal and investment property loans, business and construction insurance, life insurance and income protection, along with lending inside self-managed super funds just to name a few, Townsend is surrounded by the experience and expertise to create a package specially tailored to your financial needs.

“We thank the Circular Head community for supporting us in the first couple of years, where we gravitated towards the area, now it’s time for us to give back,” Mr Townsend said.

The Smithton branch is the third franchise of VIE on the north west coast, with offices in Devonport and Burnie, as well as offices in Launceston and Brisbane.

With a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, as well as a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Townsend aims to provide customers with personable sound advice with a level of professionalism that rivals competitors.
