A new chapter in affordable housing has begun in Smithton with the official opening of Rosalie Court, a development aimed at providing stable homes for residents aged fifty-five and older. Organised by a collaborative effort between the St Vincent de Paul Society, the Tasmanian Government, Centacare Evolve Housing, and Wilson Homes, Rosalie Court marks a significant step in addressing housing challenges within the community.
