Young guns stand tall across all three grades

Saputo Circular Head Saints coach, Cameron Lockett, is remaining positive despite his side falling short to Latrobe by 90 points in Round 18 of the North West Football League competition.

The Reserves found the going tough after going down to Latrobe by 133 points on muddy Latrobe Rec. Jayden Welch kicked the Saints only major which came in the opening term, but the side found themselves 10 goals sown at half time. Demons’ veteran, Adam Jeffrey, booted six goals in his side’s victory as the Demons defeated the Saints, 19.25.139 to 1.0.6.

The U18 matchup was one for the ages as the Saints jumped out of the blocks early, leading by 11 points at quarter time, 2.2.14 to 0.3.3.
