Up-and-comer Kelsey Williams has been acknowledged for her community spirit and Indigenous activism, being named Young Citizen of the Year at Circular Head Council’s Australia Day Awards.

Kelsey has just completed year 10 at Smithton High School, in which she has been a member of the Student Executive Council and this past year has joined and been an active member of the Circular Head Youth Leaders.
