Those who play hockey together, run ultra marathons together.

Run B!tches Run, consisting of Tigers Orange hockey team members, Georgina Jackson, Melissa Poke, Michelle Haywood, Karlette Perry, Stacey Champion-Williams, Lisa Kingston, and Kylie Monson, have completed the Bruny Island 64km Ultra Marathon.

Consisting of a solo or team event, the annual marathon begins at the northern tip of Bruny Island at Dennes Point, travelling past Barnes Bay, Simpsons Bay, Alonnah, and Lunawanna, before concluding at the Cape Bruny Lighthouse.
