The Circular Head Hockey Association paid tribute to local hockey pioneer, Sue Beswick, by holding their inaugural Sue Beswick Memorial Round last Thursday night.

Sue played for the Irishtown Hockey Club from 1961, and played her 600th game in 2003, before retiring in 2007. She was an avid supporter of local women’s, juniors, and Saints representatives for many years.

Sue passed away on August 3, 2022.
