No treaty until unity

Circular Head Aboriginal Corporation has stated that they aren’t ready to sign a treaty until the Aboriginal community is unified across Tasmania.

Currently issues with division plague the Indigenous community of Tasmania, with disagreements about the management of land received from handbacks, identity and the treatment of key artefacts such as petroglyphs causing debates across the state.
