Dairy. DairyTas invites dairy farmers to a ‘Business Bites’ session being held at Circular Head Community and Recreation Centre on Wednesday (February 15) from 11.30am to 2pm.
Join the team at the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture (TIA) for a meal and some bite-size sessions on profitable dairy farming. There to lead the sessions is guest presenter and multiple winner and finalist in the Tasmanian Dairy Business of the Year Awards, King Island dairy farmer Gary Strickland.
Topics will include: tips for managing a profitable dairy farm; a look at the 2015-16 Dairy Farm Monitor Project results; the Dairy Business Awards; business discussion groups; and using DairyBase.
